Sticky headers are a common pattern for keeping the header of a website or app in the same place on the screen while the user scrolls down the page.
After searching by plugin name sticky header menu. just install and active. After that install the plugin go to the sticky menu setting like that
From drop down of sticky class change Main Menu(main) or primary menu.you can change other settings whatever you like.menu color effect whatever.
Finally save the button .
